I was hoping Elite Trader could create a new forum category: portfolio management.
It could deal with topics like:
how much of your portfolio to put in large caps vs. small caps.
how much to put in safe securities like cash
is gold a good idea or not
portfolio rebalancing
funds vs. individual stocks
goal setting
realistic expectations
protecting against loss
sensible ways to do things
There are books on this. But a forum on Elite Trader would be great. If there already is a forum for this, sorry I missed it. But I looked at the titles of the forums and did not see one for portfolio management.
