Hold on there buster. You act as if slavery has ended. The black man still being held captive by da white devil. Old Jim Crow has been replaced by New Jim Crow. How do we know this? Cause Rev. Al says so, that's how. No questions allowed.
If the cop is even indicted, he's getting into more legal trouble than black men who kill other black men. Those guys are protected by the "no snitching" rule, therefore we have lots of unsolved black on black homicides on the books...many of which people KNOW who's the killer. Yet they get mad if a cop acting in self-defense faces no charges? He's getting into more trouble than Pookie after he kills Ray Ray over a piece of chicken or Air Jordans.
What evidence do you have that he was acting in self-defense?
Wasn't the officer trying to arrest this man and put him in his car? Did they not fight in the car? Did the man not resist arrest and hit the officer in the head and injure him? Did the officer not fear for his life? What evidence do you have that he was NOT acting in self defense? The people who lied and said he was shot in the back while he was running away?
Good questions all. Nobody knows.

Or include the witnesses who told a different story. Either way, eyewitness testimony is notoriously unreliable.
