One item I haven't seen addressed -- do they offer portfolio margining?
Service is a big key for me. Ever get on the Interactive Brokers platform and close a position on the AMEX. You close the position and then find out the next day it was not really closed. This has happen multiple times with me and Interactive Brokers. Despite multiple complaints to management at IB, no one has stepped out to figure out why these things occur when I trade the AMEX.
I have had to stop trading stocks on the AMEX altogether with the IB platform because of these issues.
Honestly, I cant take it anymore and its time to give another direct access broker a shot. If one broker drops the ball, then its time to move on to someone else and give them a shot.

There is a difference between "flaming" and asking pointed questions any serious potential customer would ask. Because a person is a sponsor, that does not give them a pass for avoiding questions regarding service/products/quality. ESPECIALLY on ET which has the reputation (if not the reality) of "educated" traders.
