new ES competitor

Quote from Diode:

I'm not a market maker, at least in the sense of someone who is always ready to make both sides of a market. However, the trading strategy I employ does attempt to capture the bid-ask spread as often as possible, and my analysis indicates that most of its profits come from doing so.

Making money by squeezing the bid-ask spread from your home PC?

Will wonders never cease!

ES has lower margin and more bang for the buck....this new instrument has a $25.00 point wih a 5k/4k marg....

Even the NQ has a better range than this one will probably give with a lower marg....we shall see.

I respectfully submit that a better way to define bang for buck is to take avg daily range x multiplier / margin per contract.

That's dividing profit opportunity by capital requirement.

Yeah, I know.... range is undefined with this new instrument......I know the NQ range and I predict the range of this new instrument will be like the NQ. If I am correct then my guesses would correlate with your findings...
