It is the methods they use to control or manage aggregate demand. For example monetarists use the interest rate, keynesian use government spending. I use pension saving among other things.

Also even if you don't like my economic view point. The first part of the paper provides macroeconomic analysis of the EU and EU member states. This may provide interest for an investment view point.
Either way the paper has some value to people even if you disagree with me.

If I was making up economic systems, I would prefer fortunism. Google it.
