New bird in prop firm

Can anyone tell me what is the usual arrangement in prop firm ( trade oil futures) in below areas?
1) what is the usual capital to margin ratio?
2)what% is the profit share?
3) do trader need to contribute money?

And when the trader earn more, how will the capital to margin ratio be increased?
