Never Use FXCM

It took me over five days to get my money out of this account. The guy in customer service told me it would only take 24 hours. When I called they had the nerve to try to blame it all on my local bank. I talked to three different people all of which told me completely different story of what was going on. When I asked to speak to manager or department that deals with wire transfers, I was told they were all in meetings. Ya right!

In closing, they suck, never open an account there or believe anything they tell you.
 
I am no fan of FXCM or any forex bucket shop for that matter. But there has to be a valid reason for this delay. I used to have an account with FXCM and not once had an issue with withdrawals.
 
A member with 400+ posts in his other thread stated how his money was in his account in one business day. I guess the thread starter didn't like the thread so he decided to make another...
