That's what happens when clueless politicians and bureaucrats pass *taxes* aimed at businesses. Businesses adapt and pass the charges onto consumers in the form of higher prices.
In the end, everything remains the same, just at higher levels. In short order, those *needing* higher minimum wages will find their boats are sinking at the same rate as before the min wage hike...

Back out the taxes & fees in the red area and that's $21 or so. So the facility charge was about $84. A whopping 25% in taxes.

Looks like the closest increase in the minimum wage to the $7.75 increase Seattle just put into effect was approximately 10% of that amount, an increase of $.70. Yes, there is certainly precedent.
So now we can debate the scale instead of the principle.
