BS! You appeal the actual decision about your very own tax declaration, not appealing some laws or interpretations of it.
Some other fishy thing in your story doesn't fit: you said in your other country (I guess it was the US) you have been taxed at 40% and that was ok. So, then why do you need to declare your same income again in your home country? That's illogical b/c you already have been taxed in the US, so then would mean double-taxation.

God you are definitely not bright, I used to live abroad. I used to pay taxes abroad. That's where I paid 40% tax from my trading income.
Last year I moved to Kazakhstan. And now I need to pay tax on the income that I made while I was living here.
