Yes, they chose wisely in backing down as this time's different. I'm seeing people starting to stand up, and say enough, after the tyranny went over the top. Americans seem to accept a little tyranny, gripe over some tyranny, but start to push back over a lot of tyranny. It's great to see these folks start to stand up, and do something as their fore fathers would have... Not seeing anyone die during this was a win. I'll credit the sheriff for being the "market maker" in this one. Both sides weren't about to back down, and he would have needed body bags eventually, sadly.

Still, it's very fortunate someone in the government decided to rachet it down. And if I were obama, I would have been doing back flips all the way to Nevada to STOP that shit IMMEDIATELY as he's desperately needing to hold on to the Senate, or his health care baby goes in the shitter.
