Nevada Ranch Dispute Getting Ugly, Another Waco Or Ruby Ridge Coming?

Other than government installations and bases I can't think of any reason for the feds to "own" any land. But then I'm a big believer in the US Constitution, so what do I know.

Even those should be leased from the state. States should be able to bid on those installations for the jobs, just like any private enterprise. When the government closes a base, the state gets it back.
