Network PC setup, computers can find each other...

HI,

I have ..

PC 1 : Win 2000 , WorkGroup Name : WORKGROUP, Comuter Name : ABC1

PC 2 : XP , WorkGroup Name : WORKGROUP, Comuter Name : ABC2

When I go "Find Computers near me", in Win 2000 nothing comes up, the
same for
XP.

The cables are connected, what am I missing..any ideas

When this happened to me I discovered that by installing NETBEUI in my network protocols solved the problem. I'm no geek but that worked for me.
