Jack,

I know you use (5,13,6) settings for your MACD using gapped charts. Do you also use the same settings for gap removed(shifted) charts?

Also, I've been messing around with the volume weighted MACD based on cumulative delta volume and was wondering if you had any insights into optimal settings for that?

One last question...Should I paint volume bars based on regular price or gap removed(shifted) price?
