Neoticker with IQFeed

Giving Neo a try. The feature list looks awesome and I can understand and accept that with such a complete package, there will be complexities. However, I didn't expect to run into so much difficulty to get a chart to backfill! Very frustrating.

Anyone able to get their neoticker charts to backfill through IQFeed?

Thx sulli, I'll post there as well. I was hoping to take advantage of the vast pool of knowledge here on ET rather then on the vendors own forum. Some vendors (*cough* tradestation) tend to moderate any unfavorable press they receive on their forums.
