i am not sure that full disclosure is the correct term. 1st of all you didn't disclose the # of shares. 2nd you didn't say if have any connection to the co.

the truth is you probably don't need to provide any kind of disclosure statement full or otherwise.

He's a director of the co. with 600k shares and restricted of 1.2MM shares.

I am actually part of the test group for their drug NKTR-118. It is to alleviate opioid-induced constipation (joking).

Or the patients could take some costco resveratrol (50% trans) which works fantastic in Roxanol patients; those with late-stage met-cancer. The emodin-content makes it a nearly perfect laxative. I shit you not.
