Because they will vote the "racist ticket"... and are a large enough group to determine election outcomes... the "black race vote" is a MAJOR concern in American politics now.

No, but running Cain alone would get 25-30% of the black vote. A Cain/West or Cain/Rubio would get 40% of the black or hispanic vote winning the election comfortably. Cain/West 2012!
