If english is not his first language, this does not mean that he cannot write it better than 99% of a population who has english as a first language. Your logic of deductions may need to be corrected!
Have you ever asked yourself what makes US university so great?
Answer: people with non-english as first language, but with talent better than 99.99% of the rest of the world. If you hear them speak, it may not sound good. But if you read them, or hear them reason, you will not anymore raise the question of english. Their written english will look amazing. Once you know how to write in a given language, with voluntary effort all of a sudden the writing quality jumps in any language! If you are a multilingual, you would understand what I mean.
PS: MAW is not RFT, and RFT is not MAW. I swear.

Many ISPâs offer dynamic IP service, in fact Comcast does it for free, has nothing to do with fancy technology or James Bond.

Both of those cars I was asked about and showed are not particularly expensive cars, theyâre both 20 years old or more and I have far more time and money into them then theyâll ever be worth. Its just a hobby for me. If perhaps you see some phallic symbolism in a old car you might want to discuss that with a mental health professional.
