NeedHelp IB stuck

I just bought 2 YHOO calls for 0.24, $48 total, and orders are not getting filled!! I am buying at the ask and not getting filled WTH! But if I cancel order I have to pay fee. What's going on with IB???:confused: :confused: :mad:
 
Is it possible the price went up quick enough that .24 was no longer enough? Also, it seems like it would make more sense to contact IB support for a real time issue then to ask about it here.

I executed at 0.25 and then it went through at 0.24. weird! I did had to cancel the first order though so i cost me $1 or so in cancel fees.
