Need ticker that floats.

I'm looking for a simple stock ticker that floats on top of all other programs. Say, I want to see it all the time, and if I click on IE, IE wouldn't cover it up b/c the stock ticker floats on top of everything.

Anyone know of a program I can download?

Thanks - now I have a program where I can keep things up - now I need a ticker I can customize. I really only need to watch 1 - 2 stocks at a time.

Any ideas, know of any small, simple programs? Thanks.
 
Try the free ticker thingy that scottrade.com is offering. Too many flashing lights and things that move but maybe this is what you're looking for.
