Need suggestions about learning after-market trading

Hi guys,

I want to learn how to trade during pre-market and after-market hours, but don't know where to start. It would be very dangerous to start from trial and error, as the spreads are much wider than normal hours.

I am wondering is there anyone can give me some advice about where to start, maybe some good book, website, tutorial etc?

Good point Marc, I forgot to point it out. :p

Lack of liquidity issue is a concern but looks like there are people do have the skill to manage the risk and make money during the pre-market and after-market hours. How they do that is the one I am inteseted.:)
