need source for Investor Leads and Telemarketing Call Lists

Hi, can you please give me any info about a good source to buy leads, and or telemarketing call lists targeting people who are interested in getting information about investments or investing strategies. I don't need wealthy clients, just anyone with 2-10k +

Also anything else you might suggest ie. online advertising, direct mail, email lists, free advertising, etc.

Be careful who you call, because they could be on a no call list with their state. There have been some hefty fines paid out for failing to adhere to the do not call list.

I can vouch for this. I know a guy who made $12000.00 last year suing collectors who called his cell phone. $500 statutory damages per call.
