Noticing my profits are when I play the range, good risk to reward ratio, then using the 4 to time the pause to not catch falling knives.
All trend entries have turned on me.
So that logic, 5744 cluster and reverse and +20pts back to BE
I think, this is why I trade crap at first, I trade a trend method, which sucks donkey dick live, then I switch to Range without really realising it and get my $$$'s back and sometimes a few extra.
So construct method around range and cluster reverses.

Okay fresh start to fit new plan.....
Envelope 30ema 0.01% My trade with direction pretty strong.
Envelope 11ema H+0.04% and L-0.04% Main Range to exploit, how exactly live, we'll see.
Envelope 5Lwma H+0.02% and L-0.02%, faster for high speed runs.
30's more of a if 11's range is above then longs, if it's in the middle of the 11 then play chop.
This tests better, most of the time, previous method kinda only worked in strong conditions, or atleast not when I tried to use it.

Yes that does appear to solve the issue nicely, remembering that this is the issue and not going back to trade trading and sucking, will ofcourse be the damn issue.
Also noting, If I'm long UK say, and the lower 11 is going down and my SL is kinda left above, the range stays valid and it'll likely turn but the SL will get hit, so need to keep moving the SL under the 11.
Better to increase risk a few pips and profit than not and SL out for a loss, did that twice on NQ yesterday 2 SL hits pointless, back in worse price then made loads back or 3rd attempt, after wasting $150 on tight SL's

If Covid hit 100 years ago, I wonder what the death count would be at this point.
We're at 1.1 Million, but without hospitals and everything else we have now, I wonder if this would have been like one of those that killed off damn near everybody.
Nahhhh, without medical care it's maybe 1% of population, still not enough to interest me in the slightest.
Spainish Flu was 40-50Million when the population was much much less.
Black Death 200Million.
Trying for simpler, above works to a point, but not always so

Envelope 8Ema H+0.02% and L-0.02%
So just trading 8's range / direction, less other distractions more scalpy.
Normally, can't trade a tight range, too much SL anxiety or I trade and price slips against and gets to SL, the I get back in and ARGGGHHHH!!!
So the change, my SL stays at a fixed point relative the the 8Ema High or Low, it moves up and down, which is getting me....
1) less Fake outs
2) nice tight SL's but without excessive death by a 1000nd cuts.
3) I literally can't move the SL, cause it just snap straight back.
4) obviously if EMA going my way then it'll reduce my risk so great for joining fast moves.
Theory is, unless it breaks out below the EMA High or Low then still got a good chance it'll chop back to other side for profit then maybe break out there for good profit.
No test results yet as tweaking code and testing random trades.

Just drifted lower, drifted low, SL kept giving it move room, then ran to the top of the range perfectly and stalled, not killed it as studying SL movement.
Before SL the crying as it ran to profit.
Flipping at the top would of been better.
