Flicked this method to M5 and WOWSA's that's so much stronger on the trends, got to up SL size a tad, but upsides much much higher.

Smaller sizes, slower and bigger SL's, with averaging into a position with limit orders, looks to be the way to go!!

Got to grow up some day :(

Milking my mid life chrisis for 15+ year operation J who is back, might put the end to that, shame, I've enjoyed it, must be getting to end of life chrsis mode :(
 
Tried M5 same time as M1, makes me get opiniony and break my M1 rules back slightly negative on the day.

Learning kinda, got a bit chasey aswell!!.

Gold turned down, didn't do the right thing and switch sides.
 
Gym time, that's enough, +12pts in total, so +$12 LOL

Doing the right thing, same plan tomorrow, was going to increase Lot size to $2 per pt but made 1 bad trade, got emotional so guess I'm still in fix up camp.

Get them emotions under control, back on NQ at $10 per pt soon, then back on making money, rather than losing it.

Method is spot on, easy, been fiddling with it, cost me a few trades, think it's sorted so tomorrow, don't tweak is the plan.

Plan J going WRONG, barely saw her for 10mins today and daughters invited herself up mountains in 2 weeks time, so too depressed to care about the markets, too nuts, keeps blowing hot and cold, bloody woman!!!
 
Distracted WOMAN but I'm buying the high risk large SL breakouts again, rather than the low risk lost cost joining via the ranges.

Still tuning!!
 
Right I need a RULE I don't break.

Today had a good position, cause I bought low range in a up, but I also bought high range breakout, eventually got to profit mainly the Low obviously, but if I'd of just bought the low, I could of gotten out high range and repeated 4 or 5 times rather than watch my account got +10pts then -17pts 4 or 5 times.

Rules is.......................

1. I can only get in via a Limit order, market slipping too much 90% of the time against me.

2. 8Lwma HL/2 in RED Longs Limit orders can only be placed below, Short Limit orders above.

Most of the time I'm nothing the 8 range is all I need, the 16range only really kicks in for sideways markets, which means tighter SL's.

SL too far away gets me emotional.


Expecting full on Black Friday tomorrow madness, so we'll see if worth trading.
