Your scared of a little virus which likely affect you at all and your happy to burn the entire world to the ground as long as your okay, I have no time for people that self obsessed. I went out and got the virus early part get it out of the way part its the right thing to do, i do not live in fear i accept 1 day i shall die.
I swear Covid has dropped everyones IQ by 20 points, maybe it's increased mine, or maybe just highlighted that humans are mostly pricks!

Update some up weeks some down weeks, I do well when I'm not being greedy and trading off longer MA's, and badly when I'm trying to trade of faster MA's so realising this and fixing it.
Method is.............
30lwma hl/2
Envelope 30lwma High and Low +/- 0.02% ( main range )
Envelope 30lwma High and Low +/- 0.06% ( SL outter range )
60Lwma ( main direction trade with )
The secret is not taking the +$50 and letting them run to +$200 or even +$600's, so slower more hands off.
Going okay, still room for improvement as always!!

Re Written method, need major change to stop the loop I'm stuck in.
Envelope 6Lwma High and Low +/- 0.02%
Envelope 24lwma HL/2 0.03%
Stopping trading chop, too easy to move SL and take big hits, trend has higher profit to risk amount, so jump on 24's direction using the 6 for the entry point and hold for as long as possible.

Really good choice!
The next step into consistently profitable trading will be staying ahead of possible chop and trade only best of the best peaces of PA rergardless how many trades are 'left on the table'. But to do this one have to ditch all the beliefs about PA and look what really takes place. I speak about so called support/resistance levels from higher timeframe which are, in your opinion, useless for trading off 1min chart. if you will test objectively even minimal set of levels, like prior day's hi/lo you will see that cursed chop PA that eats your profit very often occures around these levels. Add some chart pattern on 1min or 5min which are warning sign of chop and you will improve the trading to the next level.
I dumped all the S/R stuff 10years ago thankfully so that's not an issue, only trade M1 and only based on the 6Lwma's direction, small losses and much bigger profits.
Chop looks easy, but by the time you realise it's just chopping and play a chop reversal, is the same time everyone else has realised it so they break out and you think, ohhh it's just a fake out, move SL, ohhhh I can't take a $500 loss, it'll reverse, move SL omg it's a $1000 loss KILL ME!!!
Why does this always happen to me, it's not luck, it's a trap we all keep falling for.

6Lwma hl/2 ( middle Yellow )
Blue is the Envelope 6lwma of the High and the low then +/-0.02% ( adapts it's size this way to candle size )
White is 18lwma
Try to go along with the white, but basically look for a direction with the 6 ( yellow ), join that direction if long as near the bottom Blue as you can, but Mid HL/2 generally has to do.
Let the profits run 70pt move there just on the DAX, and SL outside of the Blue and keep moving to keep outside tight outside of the Blue.
Practice to learn the better setups to avoid death by 1000nd cuts mind

18lwma and 6lwma going sideways, chop has a greater range aswell so it'll keep going outside of my trend range, not always going to read it right but object is risk 6pts and hold for 30-50pt runs, so even at 50/50 win rate it's still up hugely
nothing is secret, don't believe 1 persons system can ruin itself being shared, that's madness and paranoia.
