BAD day, 16trades, 7 profitable and 9 losers, I let a bunch turn from +$60 to -$70 on me 
5 hit SL costing me $430 right before reversing and likely +600, so $1000 down from those
Saved at the end from a -$200 day, holding for that entire move ( easy after the effect ) would of made me $2400 yes I had 2 positions
Trend I held counter trend, could of bailed -$50, nearly did crept up, waited for pull back didn't happen, cost me nearly $300
Work tomorrow, might save me some losses, while I consider my uselessness.

Zero time to trade today, wasted 1hour cuing up to get into a shop to spend £7 on cement, well worth my time.
