Don't worry about making a profit or a loss, just do the right thing, if market is going against me, just exit, if market is going for me, just hold.

There will be many rights and wrongs over the day, don't get emotional, don't get a direction bias, just do the right thing, enter at the right time, exit when the market tells me to exit.

Out +10, top 0.06% and nearing BB that'll do.

Maybe I Demo Trade every Monday, retrain after weekend, regain confidence then kick ass rest of the week, cause the demo attitude wears off I find and the fear and greed come back.

Went out, came back, back to trading stupid 1st trade -10pts in 30seconds, then back +12pts next trade after sorting my head out.

Default Trader skill is set at MUPPET and reverts back quickly, need to train my brain to a level where default is atleast average then work hard to get to Good rather than from MUPPET all the damn time.
 
Range is Key, unless the Range is Broken, do not Join the range at the top of the Range = STUPID!!

And Broken, isn't a little bit broken, it's seriously going to the moon broken, in space with nothing but the moon to stop it.
 
Struggling with NQ, the amounts don't seem enough to bother taking profit from, last move barely made 5pts still holding, hmmm!!

Took +4 there, lost a -4 since.

DAX has 60% more range for the same Spread cost till 4:30pm GMT then it doubles.

DAX profits +31pts with 9pts spread commisions.
NQ Losing.

To method

DAX typical range 10 so +7 typical profit costs and imperfect entry.
NQ Typical range 5 so +3 typical profit all allowed for.

Holding NQ Long since 7755 +8 here, cluster bottom, risk was -5, exit +7 snoozeeee!!

US30 same trade as they math, 2pt spread, Long 26556, exit 71 +15, risk -18, which is why US30 was killing me, so not the solution.

Solution appears to be, Trade DAX till 4:30 where it dies, then only trade NQ during stronger market last 1hour into the close.

Right Gym, bollox to it, tomorrow needs to sadly be a 2nd demo day, few silly trades I need to iron out!!
 
Doing okay, When I take it seriously, hard with Demo mind.

Keep slipping too counter trend, got to work on that.

Holding NQ short 7742, exit 30 +12 that'll do nicely.

Filter Adding, Envelope 24EMA 0.01 I need a don't trade against rule, to cut the counter trending, I know I've tried I never like as limits some good trades, but feel the odds increase is worth it.

Gym, Swim, enough staring at a screen, try harder tomorrow.

Demo +33pts today on 22 trades so +1.5pts per trade so barely profitable, I guess DAX +6 avg and NQ +4 would be profitable enough so around +100pts needed.
 
What did I learn today ?? that's an issue isn't it, male and crap memory.

24Ema direction only and more patience in and out, no jumping in while it's still moving wrong way that'll have to do.

Not in the mood today to play demo that and it just looks like a confusing mess today, changing 24ema it a straight SMA less messy.

Ahhh it's cause I changed the BB to white, confusing the brain cell.
 
Tweak, 11sma based slower to 13sma based.

1 Demo trade so far, short 12114 closed +10, okay entry, 18 area would of been better near upper BB.

24Ema really strong, becoming kinda key.

4sma open removed, to messy likely to get me in trouble.

Demo short 12113 dax, SL hit -7pts. ( still running on 11 0.07, 13 0.07 might of held ). short 17 worth +5 such a fickle game to play.

Dax 24ema support, turning up, long 12113, nice so far, lets not over stay welcome mind :) BB 24 would be nice.
