This is exact reason why I had ditch FDAX many years ago. It's not the biggest gap 'in ages', me personally remember 50+ points flash moves after London's open - several times. So if you want to continue with this animal be ready.

All markets gapping same time strict no news holds especially at 3pm or market open time, im im for normal news tine and usa open for 15mins.
 
Well money wise, week SUCKED BALLS BIG TIME!!! but Learned a few things, grew as a trader, hopefully got head back on, new method with a BB looks better than anything else I've tried so sweet.

Monday start Demo, maybe all day!!
Tuesday if Monday goes well back to $1 then increase ASAP.

Load music, keep it fun, don't take it too seriously otherwise paraylsed by HOPE and FEAR!! Do the right thing always and repeat.
 
Well, I have to commend you on your persistance and optimism in the face of adversity.

How on earth can you be bored on the weekends? I can't recall the last time I was actually bored. And even after years in the market I still work on my trading over the weekend. Always something new to learn. Preparations for the week ahead. And so on.

From what you're writing, it seems like you should be very busy on the weekends working on your method (which you seem to be changing on a daily basis). :)

Can't Quit, told the Mrs I can make this pay, she says not, don't want this to be the first time she's right, plus if I can get making $$$'s better quality Hookers and a Alfa GT ( off to look at maybe ).

I just day trade, no preperation required, I'll replay some charts for 10mins but that's about it.

Not much point working on method, I'll realise it's bollox by 10am Monday and change it again to what's working currently ( Might I've said this before, I think I've found my ideal setup, find out 10am Monday LOL )

Method is solid focus today to work on...

1. More patience in an out dont use lines wait to stall stop catching falling knives. Lines are only guides not magic!

2. Identify a strong trend move and joining but not playing all trades like they will be.

11 downtrend failed to short 12004, wssnt worth much BB calling a squeeze.
