Up move stalled spot on and fitted the 14sma perfectly, likey.

Adding 5sma as I have no high speed conditions, join and ride a tight SL. Current Uptrend on YM, running into 30 0.07 and stalling so far, impressive stall on cue as 26100.

Broke through eventually, expected, only when 30sma turned up mind.

So distracted again, issues SL's Bla Bla Bla.

SL need tighter, can't take the big losers so....

5sma join trade, run it 5pts under the 5sma simples.
5sma cross trade, then SL Prev High/Low, tighten quickly till above rules if all goes to plan.

Errrr changing again :(

30 0.07 and 0.10 aren't required, as I'll trade a 5 cross of a bottom, in a sideways market, rather ie on strength rather than catch falling knife.

BB 30sma 2.2Dev added, better self fitting range, to play off, but using the 5sma rule.

* took long on US30 pull back in uptrend and made $100 just :)
** missed the 2nd pull back to 30sma didn't trust +100 here (

14sma join trade, SL at Envelope 14sma 0.03, direction not valid if broken.


BB isn't a trade point, so removes those huge SL's to allow for chop. ( maybe sideways channel, tight SL )



Method is starting to cover everything :)
 
TIRED!!!! very tired, calling it a day here!!

* That stressed, not made myself a coffee all day, just sat here, brain storming, ecccckkss.

+$270, not the dream, bad start, good recovery, it'll do, still a work in progress, but a profitable work in progress :)
 
Full Time Mostly Day Trader most stressful job I've ever had, especially when I lose $250 in my first 10mins and 2 trades, really ups the WTF am I doing.

But got to keep working the problem, time is running out, finances are very very very poor.
 
No trades yet, but these components put together like this appear to work.

Still guesstimating with style, but with an upside greater than downside at the time entiies are called.

Worst is, last trade hit SL then reversed and went +$600 in no time, arrgggghhhh!!!!

Too complicated, too subjective, didn't not support tight SL's, confused me, need simpler!!

Envelope 8sma 0.02 and 0.05
Envelope 30sma 0.02

Back to playing the 8's range / direction with the 30's direction, with tight SL's.

Ignore Chop or play it with 30's direction!!
 
I see my error, REPEAT REPEAT REPEAT need to break out of the cycle.

Got to keep it simple, trade when the wind is on my back ( 30ema )

Shame that 1 trade, just hit SL, new SL to tight, on tablet, too slow to change, PC move the line, bang, done, would of put me straight in 1 trade :(

Also, I've started hold trades, like there all going to make me loads and then they turn against me, take thy profit and move on.

Head keeps getting knocked out of the game, got to get head back in the game and damn well keep it there.

Envelope 18Ema 0.01 and 0.03.

Arseeeee took trade us30 long 1min, 25pt spike down out -190 ouch, 80 past SL :(

Jinxed i swear at times.
 
8 gone, added env 6sma 0.01.

3 setups only....

1. Join the 18ema direction on a pull back, primary nice slow trends.
2. Join 6s direction, fast moves.
3. Reverse fast moves on 6 break reverse.

Gym, swim, chill then usa session.
 
Obviously, I've being suckered into catching falling knives here from my recent performance.

6sma and 18ema based, looking damn near perfect, so lets fix the operator, AGAIN!!!

The 6sma setup holds the key, just reversal from 26060, broke under the 6, found buyers in the area where I'd buy aswell ( TRAP! ) then Broke down hard and fast, SL's rug pulled.

Turned over 6 ran into 18ema perfectly stalled and reversed. Shorted SL 13pts.

18E downtrend, holding thus far so 18E entries are valid ( back checked history to ).

My 18E 0.03 is the issue, I should of registered move below, trend change, jump on short SL > 18 0.01, exit on a turn over 6 also. So Delete 18E 0.03, solves that issue.

Right that'll work fine for 2/3rds of market conditions, the odd turn up, which goes know where, but Loss so small compared to upside not worried.

BUT remaining 1/3rd :( 30mins ago, market went flat, death by a 1000nd cuts, up break loss, down loss, up small profit, down break +20.

Okay, any attempt at fixing this issue, will create more issues, got to take it on the nose and try to keep SL tight and losses low.

Short US30 25990 just hitting +30pts and still going.

PLAN ACCEPTED!!! Learn to Drive it, everything else is BS and only works fleetingly!! :(
