This is why I'm doing well today, well after my stupid trades I need to flush the system LOL

I'm trading..........

1. On Trend rather than counter FINALLY.
2. Trading in fast/strong markets which is where my method works.

Normally fast markets scare me and I sit them out, then play slow ie chop and get chopped.

Master Fast Marekts = RETIRE!!!

Pulled back nearly 1K from lows, skip out the low's and could start hitting my 1K target per day, with this size :)

Then I scale up :)
 
Need to work on getting out of bed earlier, tablet by the bed, doesn't work as no real focus on it.

Or back to being too scared to trust the method and accept the small risks ??
 
News 1:30 then 2:55 RED Fed speaking, expect 100pt+ 2second move, ie no trading till 3:15pm!!

Time my walk around the town around that then.

SLOW today, makes it hard to read until after the effect.
 
Added Envelope 8sma 0.06 thin blue, sideways entries go out to this range.

Everything is straight in my head, some self doubt making me not take trades, but mindset of as long as upside out does downside then fire away.

Need to work on life style next ....

Up and trading 8am, watched today some nice dax moves.
Less distractions, from previous work, Lisa, random phone calls that last an hour, lifts, bla bla!
Get into a calm Zen state and focus, market is going up, join in, hold it.

Getting there! But keep going slow or bang!
