was up, turned down broke thought 30ema,

Short 11205 SL 17, 2nd @11, didn't get follow through, out +5

Support 11193 Long 1197, SL 88, nice out 11222 +25 :)

Slow uptrend Long 11217 - out +9

Good enough, Gym time, the 30ema isn't much better, but the 13's are, much more accurate mid point tracking :)

That's nice, not high win rate, but risk to reward is where it's at and maybe trades.

Methods that look okay to trial via this........

Sideways market play the BB / Envelope's range with a tight SL, otherside take profit if no sign of breakout, breakout hold obvs. ( easy to see, easy to trade, as sideways follows same pattern till breakout of sideways all the time )


Trend follow same rules, trade near 20sma and exit based on Envelope.

Try to give this a good live shot tomorrow!!
 
Method above passing live watch and confirmed visible live and valid and simple and repeatable with very little brain power / decision making involved, which is important if I'm going to be making a living off this till death (10mins to 30years).

This morning.....

80% win, expect 60% over all.
R:R 1:3+

Live trades later / tomorrow got some catching up to do on Full time, well behind sadly.
 
Looking well perfect for my uses, struggling to jump in, but confidence growing, free day to trade tomorrow so shall try to force myself to take chances and losses and profits!!
