Need somewhere to think out loud,

Still keep flirting with slightly different setups, trying to get back to 1 vector really.

Currently for my own updating all tablets as getting CONFUSED method is...

Env 12sma 0.03 White
Env 12sma 0.08 blue
Env 30sma 0.01 Yellow, ( over all direction for slow markets )

Managed 1/2 a day last week for +360, lets see if I can get more time this week, expect failure!!
 
Still deciding on methodology!!! :(

Currently

Envelope 16sma 0.03 and 0.08%
Envelope 60sma 0.01% Direction!!

Trying to Slow it down, ie jump on direction, SL pretty close being outside the 16 but stronger slower direction so hopefully more upside more often, so hold longer.

No time again today, also a very slow monday, nice direction but no wipsaw's which I prefer to trade.
 
Last system too slow, looks great after, but very few trades which just makes it seem like the market is dead then I lose interest and switch off = Zero Trades!!!

So this is the best I can come up with really.

Envelope 8sma 0.02% and 0.06%
Envelope 30sma 0.01% ( just a wide SMA line )

Remember fool, it's not about right or wrong, it's about right and making a lot and wrong and losing a little.
 
Wasting too much time, nearly half way through first month and only +360 okay atleast I'm up lol

So method choice, been through them all today....

Envelope 10sma 0.01 and 0.05 white
Envelope 24sma 0.01 and 0.10 blue

Entries....

1. Join 10 and 24s direction
2. Play the 24s outter range if not strong counter trend.

KISS!

Less weights arms hurt too much to type lol
 
Still improving, but getting close and got a theme so getting there.

Too cluttered with the middle Envelope, swapping to 1 SMA.

Ranges need tweaking, 10 slightly bigger and 24 smaller, didn't take a trade as SL too far away earlier.

So....

SMA 10 white and 24 blue
Envelope 10sma 0.06
Envelope 24sma 0.07 rather than 0.10.

Still thinking twin position, 1 near either 24sma / outter 10 range, second near 24 outter range.

Keeping the 24 0.10 so far, but trying to move to 100% Trend jumping on!!
 
Today my SAAB died, I am no longer a SAAB Driver, looked out the back window and saw well nothing but blue smoke, Turbo well wasn't a turbo anymore.

Cash strapped and desperate so a Citreon C3 1.1i £300 job done, nice car, kinda fun in a slow, will it role around every bend kinda way :)

13ema
Envelope 13ema 0.06 and 0.10 faster trend and chop range.

Adapting better for varying market speeds without as much fine tuning needed.
