Counter Trend Trade 
STUPID STUPID STUPID just kept going against me, too strong, it'll come back, it'll come back, ohhh it's coming back, -100 and it's turned again, then -200 then killed it -600 so -500 on the day approx.
Pig sick, taking a few days off, back next week
Demo account time I think, practice this method which is STAYING FFS and get the hang of behaving and not holding counter trend for ever until DEAD which will happen sooner or later.

What do you do about, taking a counter trend trade ?? You just don't take them EVER they hurt badly.
What do you do, when your trade gets into a counter trend trade, you just EXIT, you don't want and see, hope, wait for a better price to exit, which is never good enough you exit and run away and place a new trade with the trend.

Right Demo mode for a while, work out the bugs, with less stress and ill can't stop coughing up crap, so focus isn't great.
Issues that need resolving :-
1. not exiting and taking a small loss and relying on hope to get to a profit 1 day.
2. To hesitant to enter with the trend.
3. Not holding for a good profit, too scalpy outty nervous after too many hits.
4. Distractions, get distracted, miss XXX good trades, then revenge trade a counter trend trade to make up for it ( yesterdays big loser ).
5. Method development, but that's kinda over cause I think I've got something I can work with, the right combination of things, finally.
Right lets make some demo trades and study the results.
Still thinking I need 2 positions, 16sma going up, 1 entering near or low of 9 0.06's range, second near the 16 0.10% range, or a double position near the 16 0.10% range only.

Hate it when today I'd of gotten away with holding nicely LOL
If I had a Million and restricted myself to $100 per pt and averaged down, ie account would never ever get damaged, then I could average down 10times and always get to a profit level, likely trade both directions same time aswell, big trend protection.
