USDJPY 22nd Nov 9am start, focus I need to work on and score is trade where direction changes, when to exit and score of how many would of worked out.

( USD JPY's moved a lot since 22nd Nov, 82 rather than 114 area scarey ) chart drops back to 2012 okay maybe not LOL

11 Down short immediately 115.95, 11 flattening exit 83 +12 ( good call )

11 Up, No entry till 115.92, 11 gone flat @116.185 , out 116.185 +26.5 ( good shortly after exit )

11 down weak, chop expected, nasty bit there, hmmm small losers maybe ??

11 up, long 116.20 risky, spike tp 35 +15

Try another long, as this is the setup that I lose on 27 then 24, 11 down wrong side, errr need to be out, take the exit 20 -11,

Down, short 20, gone flat soon, exit 17 +3 ( went to 13 )

a) this is as easy as eating pancakes.

b) need to work on Exit when 11 turns against me, defo when it's at a entry the wrong way position.

c) I need to hold till 11 is flat, not 6pts away then miss 90% of the move. ( Fast Spikes above the range, consider a TP then look for a entry later lower, fast spikes can reverse hard )

Yes USDJPY is the strongest Momo wise recently and why my main interest.

DAX too choppy, GU and EJ work nicely to, plus margin $100 for 100K on UJ, $260 for 100K on DAX used to be $140 :(
 
No trades, but liking the action via the as simple as me method :)

UJ turned down, 3 entries with the trend called perfectly so far ( my Spread is likely 5pts so not messing around here )

EJ turned down, reveres of the high 0.04% line to take nearly 30pts here, nice.

Get an early night ( over did training ), then on it tomorrow early ish!! :)

* might take day off, Trumpy Trumpy will be starting his undo Obama crusade :(
 
No trades yet, method looked poor, not many setups, then realised market seems kinda slow, ahhhhh M5 on ipad doh, missed loads of setups :(
 
This is the level of how I want to trade, just joining the 11sma's Momo, exiting when it turns flat or price breaks out of the range the wrong way.

Issues pulling the plug, any alterations away from this, are for future confidence building and will lead back to this, but hoping that won't be needed.

Simply go with the direction.

Going for a walk, wake up, get glasses from the car then play the US Open +15mins session.

Turning against me here, warning warning, -$80

Logic says out, emotion says hold on, maybe it'll turn or give a cheaper out.

-50 there briefly, should of took it damn!!

11sma rejecting so far, still down, trusting the momo theory enough to take the loss is my issue, nearly exited, but worrying it might be an error too much!!

Never a definitive answer, making this a tricky nut to crack :(
 
In this case, I held out long enough just exited +$79, nice!! ( held most likely longer but yeah, work on that later )


The amounts seem to high, scaring my poor as in skint other than account brain, dropping to a 3 position strategy, more average down power.

USD Being devalued everywhere, The Trump reaction no doubt!!
 
Recalced to 3 positions, less greedy maybe depending on how fast I average down I guess.

Plan is only to average down, if the trend is still with me and within the range.

Could of gotten 20pts more on that, but hey :(

If I want a tight exit and want fully in, I'll just place 3 orders.
 
3 positions less stressful, less profitable but less stressful.

+$41 on UJ Short, build a position with trend plan.

Need to get to a stage where I just take all trade without over thinking!!
 
11 Momo turning, and GBPUSD as turned to all sellers, this is STRONG and simple.

Sadly I'm long avg 1.24903 but hey never mind,

testing the 11sma, over, yes come on , not following through, might turn back to up trend soon at this rate.

Tape, reads wall of sellers mind, typically UJ's setup went 20pts already
 
Yeah, 11 only slightly down and wall of sellers wanting out / to get short.

impressive, I'd appreciate less impressive while counter that trend mind.
