Think I'm gaining more like 3lbs per week at the moment.

No to get to a weight where I can produce enough power to ride up steep big hills without dying when i've still got 200Km's to go :)

Stripped down method, 13sma 0.05 and 0.08%, go with the flow, do it!!

28th November I think ( need Glasses LOL ) 9am start DAX!

9:10, 13 up L 10589 weak out 94 +5.
9:20 13 flat, 10586 got strength, broke out exit +25 call it 9:32
9:41 13 up pulling back, struggling to take these, L 607, 13 turning bail -1 ( this is where I'm holding stupidly for a worse loss )
9:51 13 down, look short setup, S 610, S613 SL 619 -15 Oucho! ( news or 9am GMT Market open maybe think clock off by 1hour on charts, most likely would of stayed out, but ?? )

Not playing with to fast for me.

10:31 13 Down S 10650 Exit +13 ( went 40 so far )
11:05 13 Down S 10616, S10619 out 598 +39 nice :)

This is working GREAT on this day, got to KISS or I wait too long and miss good trades!!

Yep blonder and not quite so skinny these days.

I do good with 10s , no one else tries to pull them as they think don't have a chance which leads to low self esteem lol
