Okay method, pretty much locked!!

Using Envelople 5 0.04% and 12 0.06% little bit of wiggle room on the variables I'm undecided as to best fit yet, maybe 5sma think I prefer with, but subject to change!!

Phase 2 to begin, Phase 1 took about 1 year so don't even ask how long phase 2 will go on for.

Phase 2 :-

Work out what trades to take and trades not to take based on these 2 directions and ranges.

( Assume Long and 12's direction is UP )

If 12 has some momo and it's climbing well, then pull backs to low 5 ( today ) have an excellent chance of reversing a fair few times

Long 10131 low of 12's range, 5 is down, might / will 5 drag it lower ?? or will it bounce back to 10140 take or take out the high ??

Had a phone call, took 3.5 pts ie $17 big whoopp!!

Tricky no hurry got to get my head around a few more things I guess, or atleast improve at letting they winners run and killing thy losers ASAP, issue being most of the time a winner looks like it'll become a lose by the other direction and most of the time the other direction is right like then, so tricky!!

12 momo strong markets are the answer I guess.
 
Another setup forming maybe.

Lower 12 range, but also 5 is down and going lower, 5 is king.

Problem is, most of the time 5 will be king, but it's hard to tell until after the effect, trusting it live enough to enter with tricky ?? even then only made a few pts and erased that anyway.

So Step 1.........

Don't put myself in harms way, show more patience before I play the 12's low, remember it's only guide not precise sadly.

DAX long 10128.50, 5 flattening out, US30 going lower
 
5 flattening more, set to Open so won't change until a new Open :)

SL at 22, 2nd position @25 if it goes that way, over the 5sma here, turning up.

5's up, but 12 is down, which means target 32 which is USELESS!!
 
News I guess kicked me out -60 tad tight on the SL or a good thing find out soon!!

Ahhh but which bike is best for when I'm dead, can I even die ? haven't died yet so not to sure!

Road Bike.
Light XC 29er for nipping around quick on smoother trails.
Hard XC 650b Plus for rougher after life experiences.

Long ago in the 70s, when bikes were heavier than today, did 200 miles, I was one heep of cramped body, two guys had to lift me off my bike as I just could not move, even my armpits hurt, next 36 hours I stayed in position like I was on the bike. Horrible burning pain. I can't even fathom 750 miles, am sure I be seeing pink elephants at some point chasing me.

I did 70miles on 1 cheap road bike with flat bars, nasty wheels, heavy, SERIOUS hills though, I hated that bike that much after I literally never rode it again, walked it to the local bike charity shop.

It's a kinda challenge and goal to stop me getting fatter and fatter and less fit, might live longer, if I don't get hit by a bus ofcourse.
