After action, small trade, SL hit, market kept going SL was sound!!, really was a 50/50 on direction, went the other way and kept going I'd of made 5x's that easy, but hey!!

Moved back to Heiki Ashi, less noise, clearer short term direction.

GA 12th, 8:30 chop 9:30 TREND 11:00 chop 13 Trend 19:00
GA 9th, 8:00 Trend 11:00 Chopish 13:00 Trend 18:00
GA 8th, 8:00 Chop 10:30 Trend 13:30 Chop 14:30 Trend 16:30

Nahhhh, gone back a few more days comparing to above and NO, every day looks different.

Generally 13:30-14:30 start time, trend till 18:00, US Open area depending on News!!

Before, this totally random, need to be around and trading in that time area basically, guess what time I rarely trade :(

Back tested charts, real real shame, jumping on those moves today would of made a LOT of money :(

Added 18sma envelope aswell, the 18 has merit, picks out good range with a slower direction, lower 13, but makes it worth a shot as 13's likely turning down, but the 18 is there and hey presto, profits.

7 sma Envelope 0.03% that's been around through a few versions so approved.

15sma being trailed at the moment, looks simple and the way to go.

Any more complicated and live it just gets to many, IF's which = no trades :(


On the Plus side, 1 trade in, GA crossing over the 15sma, quick +$313 :)

3 trades, no losers +$1300 area, DAX Trade looked like it was going to hit SL, missed by 1 pip and left it on, doing something else, +$500 ish, just like that. Long 9972 on the first pull back,

Then shorted DAX again 10015, Saw +$500 had to take it, went nearly $1000 area eccckss!!

Method, when you get huge moves and your on the right side of KICKS Ass!!

Actually, using the 15sma for direction mainly and the 7 for faster and noise range is speaks well to me, simple, timing direction changes well :)


Off out on bike, likely break my neck or bike costing me that profit, but hey tis only money :)
 
Yeah 15sma based market turns, then use low 7 as entry, then micro manage to the SL side and let it run, are basically on days like today a way to print your own money!!

Likely get over confident and lose it tomorrow, but best single days performance EVER!!

If I had all day to trade, easy hit 2K++ if not 3K!!

Back testing well history wise!

No trades, getting ready to see client, fighting with cat, cleaning cat poo masses of off my shoes, normal shite LOL

motivation for work is kinda low, I'll make 10% in 3 times the time, with 1hour spend in the car, way more hassle and stress than I made yesterday.

No trades today, too busy, but watched, yesterday was super easy, today harder but still fine.

Starting to be able to function well, with the trend, rather than trying to wait for reversals and worrying too much that every blip against is a reversal I should just on or stay out.

There is a GA short, which would of netted nearly $1000 in 20mins, which is depressing some what as I only picked up $250 all day LOL
 
I hate losing money, instant confidence and doubt issues.

Stupid time to trade, not before 9:30, not without existing momo, betting on momo starting up on time, is a long shot.

Added 42sma to the party, called dax well, need to wait for clear direction of this.

Good news, GA 1.5610 Long to 1.5635 +$220, slightly up again :)

Bad News, NOT HAPPY with my little 7sma envelope range, pulling it, it's going up, keep waiting for a pull back to low's to get in and keep waiting and missing big moves.

And Pull backs to low of range, often = Direction change and 12seconds later SL hit LOL

Focus more on Directional change, get on early, see if short term momo from the change turns into long term, or entering on existing momo and taking it for a ride.

Setting, 7sma, 15sma, 24sma!
