Calming down, seeing the correct trades to take, patience is back, stress level is 6/10 for this trade which I consider good, need to get to 2 I guess for long term not imploding, over thinking and repeating the cycle.
Method is looking sensible, it's easy, it gets longer trades with the trend nicely, and it's low stress.
New phone is the ideal size to trade and carry and bright enough to trade outside while going for a walk finally, walking keeps the stress / boredome down, less time stuck in front of a screen
Get back upto speed and functional, then see how long I can maintain it.
Method has enough objectivity to reduce my decisions and therefore stress.
GA Long 2.1014, 24's turning down, and failing to break upward, still holding, hang on progress, yes going higher
Going 50/50 for the time being, if I don't use the 2nd position I'll switch to all in, but 50% lot size, good enough to start getting back into.

Options are certainly a risk capped way of playing this game, not got that option, used to like options, had them become worthless then reverse back to huge profits in the past thanks to the SEC!
