Just fell for a classic pump and dump, okay -5 , spotted it wasnt quick enough to exit, down long base, shot up like it was going to new high, stalled perfectly at 10 upper envelope and dropped like a brick.


I always lose first trade after a day off, its how i get back into it.

Olden day (last week) i would of moved sl averaged down and be down some pips.


So allowing for retail doing above on mass, i rarely get to profit over all, which isnt coincidence, they know what retail is doing and they know where to get near on the next lower high to not let us out, which drives us crazy making us lose more.


Ofcourse this time inshould of played the low 33 range for a bounce for 15 doh!

Bet that sell off, had retail jumping on it short hence the quick reversal.

The better i get the more i see, every move is to confuse and frustrate retail trades, create the its against me personally, well its not me, but all retail so it feels like its against us personally, cause retail are all equally as stupid at trading its all making sense.

Once you see through this, and understand what retail will do,what i used to do in short, then its easy to counter trade it.
 
Obvious downtrend and I take a long of the 9260 support, doh!! rather than shorting the downtrend after the fake up move doh!!

9252 long doing it again, watch it turn, get out while in profit FOOL!!!!
 
Tricky part, when it exit +11 here, +12, right on the 33, can it turn up and RUN!!!!

Trades stupid, or can't get a break, another loser, shorted 9250 resistance and up she pops -8

Should of held and trusted the earlier long!

FOCUS is totally not there today, likely cause I'm working at the same time :(
 
Taking a break, before I do more damage!!

Head just feels wrong, work + trading = too much stress for me, why I'm cocking it up !!

Nice long break, still feel errrrmmm, head achey like there is a lag going on in my brain, so better just watch TV and get the bike ready for a de-stress ride!!

Work stress = trading like a brain dead twat newbie, loss on the day is -$260 so not a real issue, -$150 on the week I guess, but trading it right I should be +$1000 easy today

Method check :-

HA Perfect well pretty much, better than anything else I've tried.
10sma and 10sma envelope working great no issue.
33sma envelope range, in the chop time before US open calls the range well.
33sma not working today, but is working great on other days so guess it's staying.

GET HEAD SORTED!!!

Well screwed today, not a big loss, so all good, but should of been a pretty nice profit :(

Had the sense to walk away, progress yet again, I shall try again tomorrow!

Must set alarm clock later, need more sleep :)
