+20pts here, easy peasy, back to live $1 see if I fall the peices when tiny bit of skin in the game.

Mainly trading ES as it's cheap to practice on maybe Gold.

Back on $10 although ES and Gold today, so less pt's at risk, +$100 here, feel 1 step ahead of the market so think method is finally figured out.

Up Up and Away!! (Briefly most likely )
 
+$550 on the week 2 losers only got back on it thursday looking bood.

Mainly taking my time on entry, not jumping in on small moves and trading with the trend and using range correctly.

ES is nice, slow but doesn't play games, double size to $20 monday/tuesday run it upto $100 asap i guess.

Back in the game, how long before i need 2 months off as it drives me nutso!
 
Method is working, great, I'm working great, mainly I've slowed it down, I'm not markets dropped 2pts, must go long, nooooo I've caught a falling knife again, patience was the missing ingredient.

Trading ES at $20 via Spot, look to increase more and stick to ES it's less jumpy than NQ and today Gold's been leading the way nicely, so kinda cheating, gold turned up, long ES and hey presto profits :)
 
Lack of Focus / Taking it easy so not many trades, but +$240, 15 trades well positions without a loser, so that's me doomed, +16% nice, since getting back in last Thursday.

Method, literally isn't going to change, EVER, 99.999% sure of this.

Patience is the missing factor and waiting for damn near 100% sure things.

Much better, than the up, down, up down, madness of before.
