Too volatile, stay out, put the hero mode away, wait for a slow trend maybe medium then either join and ride if medium or scalp if slow.
Shorting just would of worked, but high odds on SL being hit before hand, without tight SL then too high a risk of huge profits and emotional and screwing it up.

My Calm is returning 
Seeing Direction and when to join and also the Waves where up move dies out then when to enter with a tight SL to reverse, where as currently I've been jumping on the previous up move, the being stubborn thinking it's just a minor pull back outside of Spec so moving SL.
Doing a practice here http://www.lmitrade.com maybe funded account and over watch / rules might improve my madness at times.

I was short NQ for that massive down spike +$300 then reversed popped through SL and closed -$50, arrgggghhhhhhhhhhh!!
Jumped on it's 2nd run up and made +$70 bailed right before it popped higher as always.

Envelope 8sma 0.01% Yellow main direction, I tried a 0.06% range off this, but to SL costly.
4sma + Envelope 4sma 0.06% ( SL at 0.08% auto and following )
Trade when 8 and 4 line up, near as you can get to the outter 0.06% line ( takes Balls as SL so tight ) and hey presto.
If I had any balls I'd be doing well LOL
-$30 on a Friday, I consider that to be most excellent!!
