Watching kinda looked like NQ about to track down, 7 down hard, 20 started to turn, found buyers at the 20 0.06% ( TRAP ) should of joined the 7 for a quick +10 maybe more to come.

De-Stress time, Gym and Swim before I fail to get there AGAIN!!

1/ good trade = trade according the trading plan
you never know whether particular trade will be profitable or not so good trade is not profitable trade and bad trade is not losing one. good = planned, bad = not planned

do you have trading plan written on paper, not only in your head?

2/ this is much less important than 1/ but... it's nothing complicated in higher timeframe levels, you can check your losing trades and see how many % of losing trades are/were initiated not far from important level say on 30 min chart or so.

It is not coin toss and not rocket science, KISS that you like so much - jumping to the trend on 1 min chart near important level on 30 min chart is bad idea, because it's high risk trade - you can check your losses in the past and prove for yourself.

1. head, it's still evolving although it's kinda written down on here, like I even own a pen!

2. I don't believe in trading high time frame, I don't believe in levels other than 00 and 50 maybe, all just adds too much confusion and doubt.

Losses happen, there handled by the SL, can't win them all, for every trade that stuff saves you a loss it will also cost you a profit and as a profit can be 2-5x's the loss, bad logic.

Trading isn't really the issue, Monday was good, sat down got on with it first day after a few weeks, yesterday just a bad day running around after kids slow while free only 1 trade +12pts, today, hassles and work getting in the way got a cheasty cold not helping.

Add in girlie I started seeing hot 1 ghosting me, other getting new BF, bumping into a Ex and not ridden my mountain bike in 4weeks :( = DEPRESSED!!!

Time and no distractions is the issue!!

p.s. not a newbie, been profitable many a time, then work gets in the way and plot gets lost, trading stocks, options and index's, been struggling to get plot back recently I'll admit.
 
interesting theory..........

Last week, my best focus wise day trade day, I traded calm and emotionless pretty much and did well.

I'd bought some CBD Oil, £1 for 4 little packets, tastes nasty on it's own, bareable in coffee.

For 25p per day I'll give it a try!!

Up Earlier Tick ish, needs to be earlier, got dragged away so missed good trades today. 8am looks like a good start DAX Time, slow by 10am.

Next stage

Trade 7pm-9pm then Walk to Gym 2 and do my training.

Work today, can't trade US Open sadly 2:45 to 5pm but when I can I shall obvs.

Do not trade Chop into the 7am then the first trade I make turns to trend against me LOL

Structured times and being left alone in said times are key!!

Take every Proper Setup, or just what's the point.

I sit I watch, I think, no looks wrong, it works time and time again, just take the setup, then improvise and adapt if the setup after the fact looks wongy, cause if it doesn't look wonky then you guessed it it's too late to get in doh!!

Long 13565 in the essence of starting this, strong 20sma just failed to break new high so errrr never easy, wait and get SL hit for the chance of making more, damn it, looks like waiting bad LOL

Got to stop adapting in other ways, ie moving SL further into the red, can always adapt and get back in, only 1pt cost spread wise, don't worry so much about the cost of doing business.

Notice, no longer about the method :) stage 2 is upon me.
 
SL hit, momo was weak, would of prefered +6pts but never mind. only -2pts

SL was too tight back in profit, and back to 13570 high and triple top so that'll attract retail then spike through on there SL's and to slip there SL's LOL

Obviously make a new low to hit tight SL's before turning back up.

The game is to take retail money, by playing games, I know the games been on the receiving side for years, so use against them.

No break, sideways chop only!
 
Sold the turn down 13562 to 48 just +14

Focus is improved, 1 week CBD Trial approved.

Stress levels will calm down with some good results no doubt!!
