Direction of 30 and 60 adds to much confusion, trialing just the 60.

BB's are working really well, can see when momo is slowing up, or tight bands areas to trade the break out.

Picking good sim trades so far, can i trade live and not cock it up.

Need to vary lot size, depending on SL size and 1 or 2 positions, i guess.

Looking like it's a total rewrite and move to BB.

Testing 13 Dev 2 BB and 45 Dev 2 BB aswell.

If you avoid, counter trend plays and don't let it slide up the BB, so entries with flat BB line supporting then actually the hit rate of these 2 combined is looking highly promising.

Looking like DAX and EA are the 2 to trade ( cheaper comm's on EA and Margin and lower spread ).

If nothing else something new, nice to experiment :)

Have tomorrow pretty clear to trade!! :)
 
Vague EA Sim!!!

13 and 50 BB's.

nice Support over 1.5550, 13 narrows then upward move which continues, breaks from narrow range, looks good!
HA called @30pips up.
Back down in range, then breaks down nicely.

Looks awesome, deviance was what was missing, rather than fixed envelope size.

100's of good entries all day long, no getting bored, doing something stupid!
 
BB theory, it seems the smart money is on 2 BB's, 1Dev and 2Dev, the 1 Dev seems to work well for earlier break outs, SL placement aswell, as taking out 1 Dev has a good shot at continuation.

The wider 2Dev, is better for range, in spikey choppy markets.

Nah back to just 1, judge Momo from the angle backed up from the 50's direction.

Main thing I like especailly on the 50, price might be going down, but looks like a bottom area forming, if the 50's lower BB is heading up, then probability is that price will go with it, ie up.

Or it will tight into a range, before news then pick a direction.

Can I handle this live ?? I think so!!

Have I tried BB's before ?? 2 or 3 times maybe, not for longer than 10mins per time.

Score on the day +$50, better than yesterday, nice move, swallowed by spread and Comm's :( and 1/2 sized position and slightly sloppy entry / exit, but never mind!!
 
50 BB isn't working for me live, 30 live is looking loads better!!

Made the 13 and 15 aswell, 1/2 the other, symmetry and all!!

Seems to be engaging a different set of brain cells ( 3) and making me think differently about the trades I take, which can't be a bad thing.
 
Lets post Sim trades here, and score them, every trade I post fails pretty much, so adds a level of realism LOL

Out 24 so +10 allowing for Comm's, quick $50!!

SL was tight, should of went full size for +$100

DAX, pulled back, instinct would of been, it's turning SHORT, but that was where to get in, +10 area here from that entry!!
 
EA pulled back and Continued again, nicely actually +25 here, nice!! Bad time to hold but guess there are moments!

DAX spiked, reversed off the lower 15 BB, looks to be turning down here.

Almost only need the 1 BB, made the other 1 dotted and less visible.
 
Uncanny, DAX bottom called but low BB's nicely,

DAX Sideways range I guess, slight up side potential.

EA Is selling back. Nearling lower 30bb, lets see the reaction.


BB's sure looking promising!!
 
DAX stuck at the upper 30BB, just breakiut up here.

EA hit the top 15BB which was heading down and reversed.

This is looking promising, mainly for DAX with the 1/3rd the cost all in and better range.
