Looking good so far, think of it as a strength modifier for the 7, if 36 is going down, you can ignore a bit of a upward blip and still short at the top, no strength then range play.

If short and get to low 7 and 7 is going up bail as odds are 7 momo will push her higher pretty quickly.
 
Mission Accomplished, method is shaping up well ( 10 years to go LOL )

BE kinda week I think, good, good, good, wasted by 1 BAD and 1 extra losing trade.
 
Lets do some F12 sim trades, test the new setup, tweak a mundo's.

36 down weak, choppy currently, nahhh I can't do this objectively without live price action, ie price moving.

The 7 range, defo has good meainly and relevance, still fear on it's own, to open to being chopped to death, trading every move like it's trend.

But the 36ema rules which work with it, seem to solve the above issues, basically it allows for reversal of tops in chop, or low's with slow trend.


Either, just play the range if tight and fast, or switch to HA rules.

Simple this method, yeah sure LOL

But it SHOULD if it holds up live, cater for all markets well enough to make the kinda profits I'm after, ie LOADS of MONEY! very quickly :)
 
Well, another week, another tweak to the method.

The method appears valid, trust it enough to trade it well enough Live ?? find out soon, might need some time to improve and settle in.

36ema looks good long term as a modifier to the 7 Envelopes, there is no hard and fast don't trade against, although won't be trading chop against the 36, but 7 trend if I get an entry, ignore the 36.

Get a feel for it, while watching live and see if it's a keeper anyways.

Starting to like a 3min / bars ( same ) then out rule, if the market moves to the low of the 7 range, and doesn't move back to the high or atleast start to in pretty quick order then it's highly likely we will be getting Momo in that direction.

Stops me marrying them, moving the SL, averaging up, this trade isn't working, set TP at +1 to cover comm's and get out!!

Quick moves are noise and reverse, slow is deliberate and likely won't reverse, this is what I need to focus on I think.
 
Watching GA live, in this chop, 36ema in the middle, so far entrys and exits...


1.9602 - 9611 +9
9611 - 9601 +10
9599 - 9611 +12
9599 - 9513 +14

Those are MAX's or near max's.

7's just gaining momo to the up side, chop rules are OFF!!

I need a fast pull back to enter near the 7's low, for the risk to be affordable and the noise range to give me a good chance of profit, even if the direction turns.
 
Playing with numbers, I already have a tweak.

7's great, but reacts to fast during chop for a good, it's still chop.

I've got 2 ranges, 0.03% and 0.05%, well changing the 0.05% to 11sma, better calls chop range, near perfect infact and gives a nice backup to the 7's direction, while keeping the enter with the 7 rules.

Much, much nicer :)
 
Using, 6 Envelople, 11envelope and both together, are creating very easy go with the flow entires so far today :)

the 36ema is there, but kinda not required, we'll give it a while longer.

Bad cold, feel rough so failing to actually trade so far!!

EU nice pull back, low of ranges.

Okay, lets try to find some live setups and sim them, see how they go.
