need some help with real-time and historical data subscription

Hi, I'm new to Interactive brokers and considering real-time and
historical data subscription for trading with TWS API. I'm going to trade only
stocks now. Which data subscription will better suit my needs?
I'm choosing between:
1. NYSE American, BATS, ARCA, IEX and Regional Exchanges (Network B) Top
of Book (L1) -1.5$
2. NYSE (Network A/CTA) Top of Book (L1) - Billed by Interactive
Brokers -1.5$
3. US Equity and Options Add-On Streaming Bundle 26,27 — IBKR PRO -
4.5$

Do I need only #1 and 2 or only 3 to cover most of the traded stocks and have
real-time and historical data?

Common guys, it's IB. You are as likely to get misinformation.
@0x00, I think you are missing Network C - NASDAQ. Don't know about #3. Also, you do realize that there's a limit on number of symbols you can subscribe to?

That is right? Does all three subscriptions gives you access to
historical data?

Regarding the number of symbols limit, are you about 100 concurrent
lines of real-time market data? I heard about this but can't get how
this works in practice, can you clarify please?
 
Right, the above three is the full NBBO for US Stocks. I have not used historical data, but I believe you should have everything you subscribe to for real time. The number of lines - you either need to pay more to get more, or trade enough to qalify for more. Generally speaking, the data is good to use for reference, but may not be good for trading and/or back testing. Depends on your needs.

I can't understand, can you please explain, if you using your account for intraday
trading for instance, you'll need a lot of minutes or seconds TWS API data
and of course you are using this data for trading purposes.
Also, having a paper account you are still limited in number of lines?
What are these 100 lines means, I can't watch more than 100 stocks simultaneously?
 
I believe paper account is using your real account's data permissions(I haven't tried getting data from sim). Yes, 100 lines means 100 stocks simultaneously. By 'reference data' I mean it's not exactly tick by tick . For example, it does not match exactly to what you see in Time and Sales window. Very hard to figure out what's what with IB. Because of that, I'm hesitant to state something which may not be correct. You just need to try it and see for yourself. For my current purposes, it's close enough and cheap enough.
