Need some assistance using IB's TWS with Quotetracker

Currently I am using IB's Booktrader and charts in Medved Quotetracker to scalp. I like them both but the breadth indicators I follow I have plotted in Tradestation.

To simplify my setup I would like to cut out Tradestation and plot NYSE TICK, NSDQ TICK, NYSE AD and TOT US VOL
in QT.

The instructions for entering NYSE:$TICK symbol in QT with the IB data feed, for example, does not seem to work.

If anyone new the exact symbols please let me know.

Here is what to use for IB symbols in QT:

NYSE:$TICK-NYSE
NASDAQ:$TICK-NASD
NYSE:$AD-NYSE
NASDAQ:$AD-NASD
NYSE:$TRIN-NYSE
NASDAQ:$TRIN-NASD

Note that the AD symbols show data only through the API (used by QT) and not in TWS.
