Need opinion on TWX block

A block of 3 million shares traded on TWX at 2:21 PM and 13 seconds. I need a professional and mature opinion on this.

Do you believe that is window dressing or does someone feel that this will go much higher? Take a look at the chart and the fundamentals. Please give me an opinion. It appears to me that block broke the chart.

TWX trades a lot...a single cross of this size is probably an unwinding of an options position. And, crosses do not signal direction (for every buyer, you have a seller, right?).

Regardless of Cramer, it's just going with the market at this point in time.
