Need help with FIX tickers & exchanges

Hi,

Does anybody trade ICE futures via FIX protocol? I need information about tickers and exchanges. I am using VelocityFutures but I can't get data.


I need following instruments:
1) e-mini Russell 2000, probably ticker = TF
2) WTI oil, at VelocityFutures web site ticker = WBS
3) Brent oil

For example I am trying
ticker = WBS
exchange = Ice
expiration = 200811

but I do not get data


I had similar problem getting data for FDAX futures

ticker = FDAX
exchange = EUREX
expiration = 200812

when I changed it into
exchange = Eurex
my FIX data started working. So I suppose I have errors with my inputs tickers/exchange information.
