I do.I curious about method of sustain mental stamina and focus. Under intrady scalping my alert level is as reading a book closely. Can I read a book every day.
Do I need to? Is mental long run stamina is a factor?
Can I improve my mental stamina?

This story is from 2 years ago. I believe I fully define my adge in scalping. I'm asked this question to understand if exhaustion in some degree, is an outcome of scalping. Is it common between consistency profit trader.
For now I insist on scalping because of the account size and my returns expectations.

Hi all,
I'm 54 years old playing with demo and real money for about 4-5 years.
From a stock trader of screener 300 stock every 5 minutes I shaped my style to concentrate ln one market the emini 500.
All this journey I made by my self. It took me time to find my way...
Any way, I plan to consider this summer to go full time day trader, scalper. After 22 years as software developer.(which I learn by my self also..).
I have big question I can't test..
How did you feel after your first 3 month 6 month, after year. If I have chance to trade live after 2 3 days I'm tired..
Do you take day off???
