Need help finding stock screener for options trades

I've looked at several stock screeners but can't seem to find what I want. For instance, I'm looking for stocks that trade in weekly options that have RSI above 70 or below 30 and price over $50. Does anyone have any ideas about what is out there? I tried Power Options but it didn't have what I was looking for. The hard part is filtering by weeklys, the rest of the criteria is easy to find.

hmm, interesting question, i would use the following:
1) Try finviz using the following screening parameters: http://finviz.com/screener.ashx?v=111&f=fa_pc_o50,sh_opt_option,ta_rsi_nob60&ft=4
2) Create a stock portfolio at oscreener.com and dump these stocks there for further analysis...i.e filter by budget, strategy type, expiration date, greeks etc.

also consider ATR in your scan, match up price movement to strike price increments...
