Need help finding a fund

I am a fan of the Vanguard Wellington Fund (VWELX). It's basically 65% stocks 35% bonds.

Can someone please tell me if there is a solid fund like Wellington, but one that holds mostly European or Asian stocks and bonds (Wellington has only 13.5% foreign holdings).

I have loved some of the names in the JANUS 20 fund.....

JAVLX.....but it is very overweighted to momentum sectors......

For a utility fund....which everyone who is an investor should have some weighting to....(rising rates may be a bad thing!!!!!)

....I left the mutual fund world along time ago....but off the top of my head these aren't bad...
